Figure out what you like, love, and care about, and then find ways to do more of it.
It sounds so simple in concept, but how many of us actually do this or become aware of such? One simple way is to schedule the things you like, love, and care about into your calendar, literally. This is especially great if your schedule always appears to be full. For one thing, it makes you more accountable to doing them, and secondly, it's hard much harder to schedule the unnecessary and needless stuff if it's filled up with the good stuff that truly helps you, is good for you, and makes you happy.
